Summary of Episode 6:
In this episode of "I Will Be Your Bloom", the 8loom boys become very busy with the increase in fame. A casual chat with her sister gets the female lead thinking about her relationship with the male lead. The boys move to stay at a hotel for safety reasons. Eiji and Yukiya fight over the matter of contacting a former member and Eiji’s motive behind his academic pursuits. The female lead finds out that the former member has been the one hurling items into their yard and destroying property. Yukiya apologises for being tactless and makes up with Eiji. The boys accept an invitation to perform at the male lead’s high school and she convinces the former member to watch them live.
Thoughts:
Okay, I’m increasingly annoyed at the female lead’s forced cheeriness, and it’s probably what the directors are trying to induce from the audience, so they have succeeded LOL. Can’t wait for her to feel comfortable being herself.
Glad that she was honest about feeling something for him too. It’s so typical of her character to sacrifice and not come in between 8loom’s progress.
Wa, all these HTHT and growth from the 8loom boys is amazing! Communication is important, guys! I feel like a proud mum watching them knock out their challenges one by one.
I like the messaging that the challenges don't just end after they attain fame as idols. There are other things like internal conflicts and consideration of ex-member's feelings to work through. Excited to see what else is going to happen!
Omg? The male lead called the female lead by her name for the first freaking time!! (*internal screaming) That scene was very cool. Okay, I'm now hopeful about them getting together at the end of the show.
Ngl, the show has many cringey scenes but, I quite enjoy the flow of the story plot and the romance. I think the pacing is good so far.
